SHIPPING & PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from time of payment confirmation, though lead times may vary depending on circumstances such as weather and significant order volume increases, which may add up to 5 business days for processing.
For our Free and Standard shipping options, domestic orders for delivery can take 3-7 days from the time it leaves our facility. For international orders: delivery can take 5-12 days, which may vary depending on your local customs.
Please note that all dates are estimates and are subject to change based on unforeseen or uncontrollable worldwide events.
TAXES & TARIFFS
All taxes and import fees will be paid for on behalf of all of our customers - including orders using our Free shipping option. If you do receive any calls, texts, or emails from your local customs, please email us with your order number so we can resolve this matter on your behalf.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow at least 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package within the first 48 hours of it leaving our warehouse, and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, your Last Mile Carrier (i.e., local shipping provider) and your Last Mile Tracking Number will be updated on the tracking link provided.
Your last mile carrier will vary from country to country, and includes local shipping providers such as USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, Nord Post, DHL, etc. Please note that your last mile carrier will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, efficiency, and various world wide events.
Since your last mile carrier will be responsible for delivering your order to your final destination, you can use your last mile tracking information to receive an estimated date and time for your delivery.
Because various last mile carriers estimate their own delivery dates, transit times will vary from one country to another and cannot be guaranteed by us nor your last mile carrier.
Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment!
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Your last mile carrier, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.
We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse.
If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your last mile carrier for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, but your last mile carrier can give you more information.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages as soon as they leave our fulfillment centre. We are also not responsible for any delivery errors that may occur via carrier. By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees and understands that any lost or damaged packages that leave any Earth Vision fulfillment centre becomes the responsibility of the customer and the respective third-party carrier. Nevertheless, as a valued customer, our Customer Support Team will do their absolute best to resolve any issues that may arise as a result of shipping.
Please note that shipping is a service provided by a third-party carrier that is associated with a customer's order and unaffiliated with Earth Vision. This means that any shipping issues must be handled by the respective third-party carrier, not Earth Vision. Earth Vision is responsible for all purchases up until the point it reaches the hands of any of our third-party shipping partners. Please note that once a package leaves our hands, all shipping related issues are completely out of our control.
INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS
Please double check that you're sending the package to the correct mailing address or contact our support team as soon as possible if you do notice an error in the shipping information provided at checkout. Although we do provide free worldwide shipping, we are not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong mailing address as a result of a customer related input error during checkout.
SHIPPING TERMS OF SERVICE
By ordering from Earth Vision, the customer agrees that they have read and understood our shipping terms and conditions and assumes all responsibility of their order as soon as their purchase leaves any one of our Earth Vision fulfillment centres.
